11.3 Excluded Losses. phjj Casino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
11.4 Force Majeure. phjj Casino shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.
12.1 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may close their phjj Casino account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the relevant Philippine courts or PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms, as applicable.
14.3 Jurisdiction. Subject to the above, both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.
